Job Description :

The VCIO takes a lead role in developing deep customer relationships by providing a strategic technology vision for each client's technology needs and aligning them with vital Moore Computing, LLP's offerings. The VCIO must demonstrate visionary technical leadership as well as strong business acumen to be successful.

Responsibilities :

  • Strategic IT Planning : Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with their objectives.
  • IT Budget Management : Assist clients in planning and managing their IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet their needs.
  • Technology Roadmap Development : Create and maintain a technology roadmap that outlines the implementation of IT initiatives and projects.
  • Vendor Management : Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
  • Risk Management : Identify potential IT risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the security and reliability of clients' IT systems.
  • Performance Monitoring : Regularly review and assess the performance of clients' IT systems, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on IT initiatives and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Innovation and Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve clients' IT environments.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Proven experience in a vCIO or similar role within an MSP environment.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Certifications : Relevant certifications such as CISM or CISSP are highly desirable.
  • Skills : Strong strategic planning, project management, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and other relevant technologies.
  • Personal Attributes : Excellent problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

    Pay : $86,000.00 - $126,782.00 per year
