Job Title: Project Manager
Job Summary: As a Project Manager at Moore Contracting, you oversee the execution and completion of residential renovation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You lead project teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain clear communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Your role involves regular site inspections, quality control, and efficient resource management. By leveraging your leadership and organizational skills, you contribute to the successful execution and high standards of our construction projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Making sure the job is budgeted correctly from the salesperson
Communicate with client about start date and finish date (follow multiple)
Schedule subs in advance
Order materials
Quality Control the project
Under Promise Over Deliver (follow multiple)
Stay within budget (budget sheet)
Communicate with client on updates and or problems
Meet with clients based on what the contract says
Collect payments on time (draw schedule per contract)
Inform Controller on when subcontractor payments are owed
Track materials purchased and inform Controller
Conduct on site assessments

Salary and Benefits:
- $50,000 Salary
- Incentive metrics in place to allow PM to hit financial goals
- 10% Commission on any lead converted
Reporting Structure:
- Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reports must be reported
