What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Media Performance Analyst position at Moore Digital LLC?
As a Junior Media Performance Analyst, you will assist with the creation, development, and quality control of digital and television media performance reporting for our clients across various media types and platforms including, but not limited to: video, audio, display, social, SEM, connected TV, and linear DRTV. The Junior Analyst partners with other analysts, media planners, buyers, ad operations, strategists, and sister agency counterparts to define media campaign performance reporting templates, data visualization, data feeds, cadences, and trend analysis to deliver best-in-class results reporting to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess data visualization skills, problem-solving abilities, exceptional organization, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical professionals.

Moore Media & Digital, a division of Moore, works to build donor surround sound with video, audio, and other digital messages. Part of this is through addressable media, where you know who the person is you are targeting. This includes programmatic video, CTV, programmatic display, email, texting, and some social ads. And part of this is through non-addressable media like DRTV, traditional radio advertising, and other digital services like website design.
Your Impact:
- Assist with the development, generation, and delivery of internal and client-facing reporting for digital and television media clients.
- Work in Power BI to assist with developing both standardized and customized reporting templates to deliver high-level and detailed metrics to communicate campaign results.
- Help ensure standardization of agency reporting look and feel.
- Perform quality control of data on an ongoing basis.
- Troubleshoot challenges and/or breakdowns; proactively escalate and communicate potential issues and risks.
- Remain current with emerging reporting and business intelligence tools, partnerships, and options.
- Work with internal and external partners, vendors, and systems to ensure client reporting needs are being met.
- Communicate regularly with identified stakeholders about priorities and deadlines.
Your Profile:
- 1 years of professional or academic experience working with large databases.
- 1 years of professional or academic experience using Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from accredited college or university.
- Experience with relational databases.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, with emphasis on advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, x-lookups, etc.).
- Commitment to delivering error-free work and high-quality customer service to internal teams and external clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with strong motivation to learn.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, even in stressful situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on tact and diplomacy when building collaborative relationships.
Preferred (not required) Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of Funnel or similar data aggregator.
- Digital media or campaign performance experience.
- Familiarity with direct response fundraising metrics and digital strategy.
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and APIs.
- Working knowledge of The Trade Desk or other DSP.
- Familiarity with workflow management platforms such as Workfront.
