As a Junior Media Performance Analyst , you will assist with the creation, development, and quality control of digital and television media performance reporting for our clients across various media types and platforms including but not limited to video, audio, display, social, SEM, connected TV, and linear DRTV. The Junior Analyst partners with other Analysts, Media Planners, Buyers, Ad Operations, Strategists, and sister agency counterparts to define media campaign performance reporting templates, data visualization, data feeds, cadences, and trend analysis to deliver best-in-class results reporting to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess data visualization skills, problem-solving abilities, exceptional organization, and the ability to explain technical concepts in layman's terms.

Moore Media & Digital, a division of Moore, work to build donor surround sound with video, audio, and other digital messages. Part of this is through addressable media, where you know who the person is you are targeting. This includes programmatic video, CTV, programmatic display, email, texting, and some social ads. And part of this is through non-addressable media like DRTV, traditional radio advertising, and other digital services like website design.
Your Impact :
- Assist with the development, generation, and delivery of internal and client-facing reporting for digital and television media clients.
- Work in Power BI to assist with developing both standardized and customized reporting templates to deliver high-level and detailed metrics to best communicate to clients the results of their campaigns.
- Help ensure standardization of agency reporting look and feel.
- Perform quality control of data on an ongoing basis.
- Troubleshoot challenges and / or breakdowns.
- Remain up to date with current and emerging reporting and business intelligence tools, partnerships, and options.
- Work with internal and external partners, vendors, and systems to ensure client reporting needs are being met.
- Proactively escalate and communicate potential issues and risks.
- Communicate regularly with Analytics team members about priorities and deadlines.
