Description
As the
UX Designer, Reporting and Analytics , you will be responsible for designing all UX aspects of our new standard Data Pillar and Agency reports. The UX Designer must develop and apply creative designs, ensuring that content meets brand standards and targets the intended audience. The UX Designer will also ensure Moore reports have a consistent look and are unified across all our reporting suite.
This position is hybrid out of our Peabody, MA office.

Your Impact :
Ensure UX / UI report designs align with the organization's branding and design guidelines for a cohesive user experience across all touchpoints.Capture and communicate design concepts using wireframes, workflows and prototypes as appropriate.Partner with business owners to synthesize and visualize buyer, user, and stakeholder workflows.Partner with product owners and other stakeholders to lead new designs consistent with objectives, requirements, existing products, capabilities, and design standards.Participate in heuristic evaluations and research activities as needed to support design validation.Develop and refine code-ready visual designs in accordance with team sprint plans.Continuously research and implement industry trends in reporting visual design, including innovative techniques and tools to enhance user experience and engagement.Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand jobs to be done and to design workflows, documented through user stories and acceptance criteria.Provide training and support to end-users on report usage and customization.Ensure all UX / UI, reports and visualizations comply with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to support diverse user needs, including those with disabilities.Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure adherence to data security, privacy policies, and regulatory requirements within report designs.Work to understand advanced Power BI features (e.g., bookmarks, tooltips, and drill-through functionality) to craft compelling data narratives that align with business objectives.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for reporting designs, standards, and user guides to enable efficient knowledge transfer and onboarding.Your Profile :
4-7 years of experience in designing reports.4 years of experience with enterprise-grade data visualization tools required, with a minimum of 2 years specifically with PowerBI.Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.Strong understanding of data visualization principles, UX design and best practices.Keen interest in the use of AI and other innovations that can transform the user experienceKnowledge of SQL or other data manipulation languages is a plus.Available to work a hybrid work schedule out of our Peabody, MA office.How We'll Support You :
