$95,000 - $125,000 plus bonus
Responsibilities:- Providing exceptional customer service to potential new clients (PNCs), addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Managing client communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered effectively.
- Practicing Attorney in Family Law (preferred) or Civil Litigation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications, including Clio and Dropbox; ability to quickly learn applications.
Physical Requirements:
- May have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Walking around the office, may stand for periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Business professional dress/attire.
