After Training, You Will Know How to :

Efficiently install HVAC systems, including gathering and organizing components, parts, and tools to complete each job.

Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, ensuring they understand the work being performed and how to use their new system(s).

Document all service and installation activities accurately using applicable forms and logs.

Follow all company quality and safety standards to ensure superior results.

Stay up-to-date on industry standards and advancements through ongoing educational opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications :

Strong communication and customer service skills—comfortable educating clients about their new systems.

Analytical and results-driven with a high focus on quality and attention to detail.

Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

Excel in a team environment while supporting all areas of our business.

Must pass a mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Valid driver's license with minimal DMV infractions.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions :

Work in residential properties, including attics, garages, crawl spaces, and roofs.

Regular standing, squatting, and sitting for extended periods, with exposure to moderate physical risks.

Standing and walking up to 8 hours per day on uneven or challenging terrain.
