Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, LLP (“MIJS”) is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team in the Knoxville, Tennessee office. Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct legal research using platforms such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence, with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist in all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial preparation, providing direct courtroom and client interaction.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies and client representation.
- Provide legal assistance with a focus on Workers' Compensation law.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in all aspects of legal work.
