Moore Lane is a 24/7, AAHA accredited ER and GP Practice and our team’s culture is all about progressive medicine and compassionate care. Starting Wage: The base hourly pay for this position is $16.00-19.50/hr DOE. $3.00/hr differential after 6:00pm. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Compensation Package: Quarterly incentive bonus program (quarterly bonuses have ranged from $200-$650 for full time employees in good standing).
