Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial properties.
- Diagnose HVAC and plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring proper integration with plumbing installations.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems and equipment.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including mechanics and welders, for comprehensive property maintenance.
- Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and materials to job sites.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC principles, and property maintenance practices.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
- Proficient in equipment repair and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
