Moore Outdoors Pools and Spas is looking for driven and disciplined individuals to become part of our award-winning team, recognized five times as the “Best of the Pines.” We pride ourselves on our exceptional service and expert knowledge in pool and spa care.
As a member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include :
- Testing and balancing the water in pools and spas
- Cleaning various surfaces, filters, and equipment associated with pools and spas
- Delivering outstanding customer service on every visit
- Ensuring your vehicle is stocked with necessary chemicals and supplies
- Keeping meticulous records of chemicals used and any client concerns for management review
Training will be provided, along with a company vehicle. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record, and be willing to undergo a background check. The role requires the ability to lift up to 100 lbs and endure working conditions in extreme summer heat, winter chill, and rainy weather. Compensation is production-based, at a rate of $750 per week for servicing 50 pools. There is a commitment expectation of at least one full year, as training new technicians involves significant time and resources.
