What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Project Manager position at Moore's Electrical & Mechanical?
Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is now hiring an Assistant Project Manager for our Projects Division in Blacksburg and surrounding areas. Moore's Project Division supports commercial and industrial projects.
Responsibilities :
- Attend turnover meetings for all jobs they are assigned to
- Help complete job setups, buyouts, and info sheets
- Start and maintain submittal logs throughout entire submittal process
- Review GC schedule and create / maintain MEP schedule including equipment delivery, schedules, etc.
- Type RFI's and assemble info and pricing for change orders
- Help highlight drawings, put together As-Builts, and help with internal punch list at job completion
- Complete safety checks and enter information in app during job visits
- Print and complete job storage sheet while ensuring all items are present for storage
- Perform other duties assigned by Department or Project Manager
