Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Setup: Ensure that all commercial HVAC installations meet regulatory and safety standards.
- System Calibration: Adjust system settings to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct initial tests to verify system operation, identify and resolve issues, and ensure proper functionality.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work performed, system configurations, adjustments, and performance data.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status, explaining technical issues, and offering solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years of field experience in commercial HVAC installation or repair.
- Certifications: EPA Section 608 Technician Certification required.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, proficiency in using HVAC tools and software, and ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on finding efficient and effective solutions.
