Job Title : Commercial Service Plumber

Job Type : Full-Time

Salary Range : $25.00 - $40.00 / hr.

Position Overview : The Commercial Service Plumber is responsible for diagnosing, installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings. This role requires a thorough understanding of commercial plumbing systems, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. We are currently seeking a Commercial Service Plumber in the greater Richmond region.

Responsibilities :

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
• Diagnose plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and equipment malfunctions, and provide effective solutions.
• Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, and related equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Respond to service requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's operations.
• Complete service reports and other documentation as required.
• Maintains equipment, tools, and inventory stock on company service vehicle.
• Safely drives company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all safety requirements.
