What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Project Manager position at Moore's Electrical & Mechanical?
Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing our commercial customers' projects while being a coach and mentor for their field crews. This PM should also be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an excellent reputation with both our internal and external customers.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and/or 5 years of commercial electrical management experience
- Outstanding interpersonal skill including customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to effectively manage time and resources
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft products with preferred experience in Bluebeam, Smartsheet, and estimating software
- Manage and be responsible for the project team's work including the field foremen. This includes productivity of field forces and enforcement of work rules.
- Create, monitor, and update project schedules and cost breakdowns
- Price, negotiate and process change orders. Maintain change order log.
- Coordinate with Tools & Equipment to ensure jobs have adequate tools and equipment
- Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and inspectors
- Market Moore's services, and be aware and communicate to the proper individuals of any potential upcoming work
- Ensure job site is being kept safe
- Perform other duties when asked
