Job Title : HVAC Apprentice - Commercial Construction
Position Overview : We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Commercial Construction team as a Sheet Metal Apprentice for projects in Charlottesville and surrounding areas. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the HVAC / Sheet Metal trade while providing high-quality installs to our commercial clients. As an apprentice, you will work under the guidance and supervision of experienced mechanics and leaders, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge in commercial HVAC / Sheet Metal systems and the installation process involved with new construction projects.

Responsibilities :
- Assist experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics in installing HVAC / duct systems in commercial buildings.
- Learn and follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others.
- Gather, retrieve, deliver, and organize material in specific job site areas.
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to use hands to control tools
- Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
- Ability to work in cramped and awkward spaces at times
- Great personality, positive attitude, sense of humor, and a tremendous work ethic
