Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Installation Specialist Lead to join our team. As an essential part of our industrial projects, this role will oversee the installation and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring a quality install for our customers while promoting safety at all times.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a thorough knowledge of the HVAC trade. They will be responsible for planning installations in accordance with contract requirements and company procedures, managing coordinated and pre-fabricated projects, and making decisions on site.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee project installations up to $500,000 with crew size of 2-4 people
- Plan installations in conformance with contract requirements and company procedures
- Manage coordinated and pre-fabricated projects
- Make decisions on site and think critically
- Provide a safe job site for you and your crew to work
- Ability to effectively communicate and lead a team
- Thorough knowledge of the HVAC trade
- Journeyman or Master Card
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
