About the Job:
This Industrial HVAC Foreman position plays a critical role in ensuring successful HVAC system installs and repairs on our industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive knowledge of the HVAC trade.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead projects with crew sizes ranging from 2 to 4 individuals
- Apply exceptional communication and leadership techniques to achieve project goals
- Create detailed plans for installations that meet contract specifications and adhere to company protocols
- Ensure job sites are secure and maintain a safe working environment, aligning with Moore's strict safety standards
- Coordinate and manage both planned and fabricated projects
- Showcase decision-making capabilities and efficiently manage multiple tasks
- Mentor and train team members, promoting professional growth within the team
- Hold a valid driver's license and maintain an impeccable driving record
Required Skills:
- Able to operate equipment necessary for on-site tasks
- Familiarity with basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, internet, and email
- Hold Journeyman or Master certification
