We are seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial HVAC Project Manager to lead our industrial projects. As an integral part of our team, this role will oversee the installation and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring a quality install for our customers while promoting safety at all times.
About the Role:This role will be responsible for leading project installations, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a thorough knowledge of the HVAC trade.
Responsibilities:- Lead project installations up to $500,000 with crew size of 2-4 people
- Manage a team of technicians
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
- Develop and implement project plans
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of the HVAC trade
- Journeyman or Master Card
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
