Director of Operations
Our client is looking for a Director of Operations to join their team to oversee all production across departments.
Responsibilities of the Director of Operations
- Lead and manage multiple production groups and managers, overseeing all production activities
- Drive the company's short- and long-term production goals and initiatives, participating in strategic forums and monthly business reviews.
- Develop short-term and long-term production schedules and plans
- Manage the annual operating plan and P&L, ensuring budget compliance and maintaining production controls, quality procedures, and safety practices.
- Build a culture of excellence and continuous improvement and serving as the manufacturing point person for audits and regulatory inspections.
Qualifications of the Director of Operations
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent.
- Over 10 years of operations experience, including 5 years in high-mix/high-technology environments, preferably in electrical
- Preferred experience in contract manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and customer interactions.
- Experience with FDA QSRs and ISO 9001:2000.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and ability to learn new technology.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Monday through Friday. Pay depends on experience, $115,000.
