Moore Water and Air is looking for a part-time appointment setter to assist our customers in booking appointments and providing excellent customer service. This position is ideal for retirees, seniors, or anyone looking for a Fun, flexible, low-stress job with minimal hours. This is an in-store position engaging with customers while they shop local hardware stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book appointments with customers in stores.
- Answer basic questions about services or products in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Keep accurate records of appointments and customer communications.
- Walking and talking to all the customers shopping.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor.
- Must own a smart phone
- Prior customer service or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
