What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Generator position at Moore Water & Air?
Just to give you a little insight into the position, we work with local home improvement stores as marketing reps for our company. We generate leads for our sales team by engaging with customers within the stores we partner with!!!
This is a Permanent position! You must be able to work at least 4 days a week, Saturdays are mandatory as this is the busiest day of the week for us. You will never work on Sundays as our company only runs Monday-Saturday. Shifts run 4 hours. Pay starts at $19/hour for meeting an easily obtainable quota, but you have the opportunity to earn up to $22/hour based on performance.
What you need to have/be:
- Pass a background check
- You must have reliable transportation & a smart phone
- You must love talking to people
- You must have great verbal and communication skills
- You must be ready to be trained to work independently
- You must be able to work responsibly with minimal supervision
