Your Impact:
- Supports the business flow of complex marketing campaigns as part of the GIVEfluential product line.
- Creates and updates campaign implementation plans to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of professionalism.
- Coordinates the contracting process, ensuring all relevant documents are signed, processed, and archived for payment processing.
- Supports the creator content review process to ensure contracted deliverables are submitted on time, meet all campaign requirements, and align with the client's brand standards.
- Maintains and updates internal master spreadsheets and tracking documents, ensuring the accurate organization of creator relationships, campaign progress, and performance metrics.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a marketing, communications or related field with client facing responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited college or university.
- Must have experience creating presentations using Canva or PowerPoint.
- Must have experience working with project management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, friendly, dependable, and proactive.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Regular travel may be required.
