The Associate Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing operational workflows, including contract management, deliverable reviews, payment processes, reporting, and other tasks to ensure client work is completed on time and within budget. The Associate Marketing Coordinator will work with a team of in-house staff to ensure that client work is completed on time and within budget.

A successful Associate Marketing Coordinator is a self-motivated, independent individual with strong time management skills, a keen attention to detail, and a creative mindset. This is a full-time position at 1st Degree and an excellent opportunity for professionals to take their career to the next level working in an agency environment.

Your Impact:

  • Supports the business flow of complex marketing campaigns as part of the GIVEfluential product line.
  • Creates and updates campaign implementation plans to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of professionalism.
  • Coordinates the contracting process, ensuring all relevant documents are signed, processed, and archived for payment processing.
  • Supports the creator content review process to ensure contracted deliverables are submitted on time, meet all campaign requirements, and align with the client's brand standards.
  • Maintains and updates internal master spreadsheets and tracking documents, ensuring the accurate organization of creator relationships, campaign progress, and performance metrics.


Your Profile:

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a marketing, communications or related field with client facing responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited college or university.
  • Must have experience creating presentations using Canva or PowerPoint.
  • Must have experience working with project management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, friendly, dependable, and proactive.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Regular travel may be required.

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
