Your Impact:
- Maintain a high degree of client satisfaction with clients both internal and external to the organization.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met with excellence.
- Partner with internal teams to facilitate seamless data-related projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate complex concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner, both in writing and verbally.
- Develop strong relationships with both internal and external partners while balancing client satisfaction against strong service delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate data-driven decisions that support their goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other specialists and technical teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
- Effectively communicate project status and risks in a timely fashion to leadership and account managers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements at an individual level while also recommending improvements at the team level.
- Ensure comprehensive, clear, and accurate documentation of assigned work.
- Identify risks, challenges, and conflicts, escalating them to management for remediation.
Your Profile:
- Interest in working with data and learning data-related processes. (Experience with data management tools is preferred but not required—training will be provided.)
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- A proactive, client-first approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot challenges, balance competing priorities, and meet timelines effectively.
- Proven ability to drive process improvement and quality control practices.
- Maintain self-awareness in interactions and foster strong relationships, especially during conflicts.
- We are seeking a highly adaptable and tech-savvy professional who can demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and apply technical solutions. The ideal candidate will provide specific examples of how they have successfully navigated and utilized various software, tools, or systems in previous roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- A qualified candidate will be able to articulate examples of how you have learned and effectively implemented technical solutions from past experience.
- Experience with segmentation, list pulls, data hygiene, and data processing services.
- An understanding of Donor and CRM Management and Merge Purge.
- Experience with Alteryx and First Logic is a benefit but not required.
