As Director, Executive Initiatives, you will report to the division’s President and be responsible for managing change, streamlining operations, owning division communications, and successfully executing enterprise and division initiatives. The successful candidate will act as a force multiplier for the President and prioritize the President’s work to ensure the biggest impact. They will build a comprehensive understanding of all core business functions and apply their knowledge to effectively manage strategic and tactical initiatives according to the company’s vision. This role requires someone passionate about facilitating cross-functional collaboration, increasing communications, and strengthening organizational capacity and culture.

Your Impact:
- Develop high-level, strategic communications that may cover topics related to business wins, organizational changes, emerging technologies, industry disruptors, and other enterprise-wide initiatives and deliver them in an engaging and transparent manner.
- Guide and prepare high-impact communications on behalf of the president, including strategy, messaging, talking points, presentations, Q&As, and other communications.
- Lead and support the coordination of President-level meetings, including Town Halls and team off-sites, building agendas, and cultivating content.
- Prepare communications on behalf of the Shared Services Teams to ensure consistent and constant information flow of all enterprise activities within the division.
- Manage and oversee a broad range of high, medium, and low-level projects that further the broader strategic vision of Moore and ensure division employees transition successfully through people, process, and technology changes.
- Ensure that all members of the division leadership team are informed promptly of critical issues that require their attention and decision-making; ensure complete and accurate information, as well as a thorough analysis of options.
- Identify opportunities to integrate across teams inside and outside the division; leverage strengths to take advantage of new opportunities and/or to address challenges.
- Foster and execute employee engagement and client growth events and activities.
- High-level consultation and guidance to the Human Resources team on key employee engagement programs, including on/offboarding, performance management, and employee recognition programs.
- Conduct employee focus group sessions, employee surveys, and interviews to obtain employee feedback and identify employee concerns to monitor as well as report on and action upon overall employee satisfaction.
- Participate in the strategy creation, development, and implementation planning of enterprise and division initiatives and programs such as employee wellness and career training.
- 5 years of experience in corporate or executive communications; employee engagement communications experience a plus.
- BA in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful communications programs at the enterprise or business unit level.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing and managing internal collaboration platforms (ex: Microsoft 365 and Workfront) to enhance information sharing and collaboration.
- Understanding of direct response fundraising.
- Gravitas and credibility necessary to gain the trust and confidence of senior executives.
- Top-quality presentations, writing, and copy-editing skills; ability to digest complex ideas and translate them to understandable, compelling messages that are tailored to specific audiences.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of the enterprise’s internal affairs.
- Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a high-performing team.
