As the Invoicing Manager, you will play a key role in the strategy and the long-term financial security of the organization. Responsibilities include proper maintenance of accounting records; accurate processing of financial transactions; managing the invoicing team; and administration of a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Strong communication skills, leadership, business acumen, and experience are required to aid in the long-term growth and success of the company.

Your Impact:
- Assist in building, supervising, and training a team of invoicing professionals.
- Monitor/manage and participate in the day-to-day operations of the invoicing team including invoicing and meeting financial deadlines.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and reporting to clients.
- Monitor the good standing of Moore enterprise companies.
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.
- Review and validate project costs and margin and assist in pricing structure.
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests.
- 5 years of management experience in accounting and invoicing.
- Must have 2 years of NetSuite and QuickBooks financial platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- Synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
- Work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with job costing.
- Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Available to commute to our Lanham, MD office Monday - Friday.

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
