Your Impact:
- Envelope Processing: Open envelopes manually or using machinery as required.
- Mail Examination: Review and process mail according to client instructions.
- Record-Keeping: Accurately record dollar amounts for processing, either manually or using machines.
- Batch Management: Organize and batch work according to established guidelines.
- Quality Control:
- Run and label a calculator tape of dollar amounts for selected batches upon request.
- Conduct quality control checks on circulated work and log information accordingly.
- Production Maintenance: Meet production requirements set by clients.
- Training and Support:
- Assist in training and developing new team members.
- Report team-related issues to the Team Coordinator for review.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical Requirements:
- Regularly sit and use hands for handling mail.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities such as close vision are required.
- Collaborative team atmosphere focused on processing and depositing mail.
- Moderate noise level.
