As an Audience Strategy Director, you will partner will teams across the Moore Enterprise to support client success. Working closely with the VP of Audience Strategy and other strategy team members, this role ensures that all programs, plans, and other activities align with our client’s business and strategic objectives, acting as a trusted advisor to internal teams and clients alike. Through a marriage of data analyses, audience insight, and experience, you will identify opportunities for program growth and improvements that reflect a keen understanding of how organizations and constituents interact, bringing insights into action and developing strategic recommendations that directly translate to the goals of the client.

Your Impact:
- Work closely with the VP of Audience Strategy and Client success leadership to develop fundraising strategies and continuously identify opportunities for improved results through innovation.
- Collaborate with team leadership, other strategy team members, and partner agencies to turn ideas into executable plans, manage progress to goals, and identify adjustments to strategy as needed.
- Build segmentation recommendations for each campaign and develop model implementation plans and recommendations for audiences and campaigns, while intersecting with partner agencies as needed.
- Analyze donor and consumer trends and translate them into meaningful strategic action to reach our clients’ goals.
- Meet on a regular basis with other agency, strategy, and channel account leads to ensure a coordinated understanding of the account status and keep appropriate team members abreast of program developments.
- Develop and deliver strategic recommendations and briefs to the client and Edge’s internal team to ensure each campaign is aligned to achieve annual performance goals for the client and to ensure the teams can drive successful implementation of all initiatives.
- Partner closely with other strategy colleagues and analytics team members to track and analyze ongoing programs, evaluate return on investment of all programs, and make recommendations for using learnings in future audiences or campaigns.
- Attend and facilitate channel team meetings with clients.
- 5 years' experience in direct response marketing required, agency or consulting firm experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of and experience with marketing and/or fundraising for nonprofits, including any or all the following: direct mail, telemarketing, online- including email, social or mobile marketing, and face-to-face.
- An understanding of the nonprofit industry including perspectives on how program differences (scope and framework), donor behavior, marketing strategies, and tactics to engage donors (for different goals) all influence program strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully work in a matrix organization while handling complex projects in a team environment.
- Comfortable using data to drive decisions and the ability to create meaningful, consumable insights appropriate for different audiences.
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with clients and internal teams at executive and junior levels.
- Willing and able to make well-thought-out yet timely recommendations; able to explain and support those recommendations; seek advice of others and include appropriate personnel in the process.

Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
