As the Vice President (VP) of Client Services, you will oversee client service operations across multiple sites, ensuring strong customer engagement and satisfaction. Leads teams in resolving issues, improving operational efficiency, and executing strategic initiatives. Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients and strengthens long-term relationships. Collaborates with internal departments to align service delivery with organizational goals, while managing Senior Account Managers and Client Account Managers to ensure consistency in client experience and service strategy.

Your Impact:

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Leads recruitment and training efforts to build a strong client services team.
  • Oversees the work of Senior Account Managers and Client Account Managers, ensuring they effectively manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.


Develop and Implement Client Service Strategies:

  • Establish and refine service delivery models that align with company goals and client expectations.
  • Utilize data analysis and market trends to optimize customer satisfaction initiatives.


Business Growth and Expansion:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and offer new solutions to meet client needs.
  • Drive revenue growth by enhancing service offerings and strengthening client partnerships.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for high-level client interactions, contract negotiations, and strategic planning.
  • Support Senior Account Managers and Client Account Managers in handling escalated client issues and high-value accounts.


Operational Excellence and Coordination:

  • Implement process improvements and efficiency measures to enhance service delivery across multiple locations..
  • Provide guidance to Senior Account Managers in project management tools such as JIRA to track client deliverables effectively.


Issue Resolution and Risk Management:

  • Develop contingency plans and proactive risk management strategies to mitigate service disruptions.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on key client service trends, challenges, and opportunities.


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in client services, business development, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.


Skills:

  • Proven track record of managing client services across multiple locations and industries.
  • Experience overseeing Senior Account Managers and Client Account Managers, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Business development acumen with a focus on expanding service offerings and driving revenue.
  • Strong leadership and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and project management tools such as JIRA.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and oversee operations at various sites.


Work Environment:

  • Daily work in an office environment with occasional time spent in operational departments.
  • Moderate noise level in the work environment.

Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
