ETL Quality Engineer
Hybrid – Seattle area
12 month Contract
Role Overview :
- Test and validate ETL logic and data pipelines to ensure seamless functionality.
- Take ownership of the quality of production releases, employing a data-driven approach to maintain high standards.
- Develop, deliver, and continually enhance quality processes to provide operational data solutions that support subscriber and commerce operations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts, Product teams, and Engineering teams to deeply understand the behavior of transactional systems and their business applications.
- Translate technical specifications, including calculations, custom groups, parameters, filters, and aggregations, into actionable test requirements.
- Build automated and reusable test frameworks for data stores to enhance quality and development speed.
- Diagnose issues, report defects, and propose regression tests to address recurring bugs.
- Mentor fellow Test Engineers, fostering expertise in automation concepts and expanding test coverage.
