POSITION TITLE: Food Service Aide (Feather Falls Mini-Mart)
REPORTS TO: FFMM Manager
SUPERVISES: None
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, (1:00PM - 9:00PM)
SALARY: $16.50 Hourly (Non-Exempt)
CLOSED DATE: Open Until Filled
POSITION SUMMARY:
Serve as a Food Service Aide for Feather Falls Mini-Mart.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Follow established recipes and processes to safely prepare menu items.
2. Follow all guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and adequate portion control.
3. Wash hands before and after food preparation.
4. Serve customers in an efficient, fast, and friendly manner.
5. Keep all hot food cases full.
6. Be able to provide customers with information regarding food ingredients, availability, and pricing.
7. Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen, as well as clean and sanitary appliances.
8. Order kitchen items as needed.
9. Sweep, mop, empty trash cans as needed.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
2. Fast food experience preferred.
3. Must have a CA Food Handler certificate (ServSafe) or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire date.
4. Must be at least 18 years of age.
5. Works well with the public; is professional and courteous.
6. Preference will be given to Native Americans (25 USC Sec. 472A).
7. Must have a valid California Driver’s License and be insurable on Mooretown
Rancheria’s automobile policy.
8. Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background investigation and live scan fingerprints.
