What Youll Do
This role is integral to strategic sales execution, marketing coordination, growing and expanding in central Texas, and team development, ensuring alignment with the companys objectives and values.
- 80% player and 20% coach to growing sales team
- Champion and embody the companys core values in all business activities.
- Drive new sales personally using the Mooring sales philosophy and process
- Lead, coach, motivate, develop and hold the sales team accountable to meet revenue and profit goals
- Sell mitigation, restoration, and remodel services to prospective clients in targeted industries.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and networking events, engaging with potential clients and industry leaders.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Proven Sales Leadership Experience : 5 years of successful external field sales experience in business development and sales leadership.
- Executive Presence & Relationship Building : Ability to engage and influence decision-makers across multiple industries at multiple levels within the organizations.
- Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving : Skilled in identifying business expansion opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building lasting relationships.
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills : Ability to effectively convey value propositions and maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in commercial real estate, property management, insurance risk market, or commercial mitigation and restoration services.
- Knowledge of contractual relationships, estimating, collections, and risk mitigation.
- Background working with insurance brokers, adjusters, and consultants
