Are you passionate about workplace safety and ensuring a culture of compliance and well-being? We’re seeking a Field Safety Technician to join our team in Dallas/Fort Worth, working closely with the Safety Director to strengthen our safety programs and ensure a safe work environment.

Functional Organizational Role – The Field Safety Technician, based in Dallas/Fort Worth, will play a key role in supporting the Safety Director by enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our safety programs. This hands-on position involves conducting on-site risk assessments with site supervisors, ensuring compliance with safety policies, coordinating engaging training sessions, and implementing proactive safety procedures. Success in this role requires strong leadership, a people-first mindset, and a deep understanding of OSHA regulations.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • You’ll be a safety champion, working closely with site supervisors to identify risks and implement life-saving precautions.
  • Your expertise will shape safety culture, enforcing policies, leading training sessions, and keeping our teams compliant with OSHA regulations.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to innovate, evaluating and improving existing safety practices to create a proactive, rather than reactive, safety environment.
  • This isn’t a desk job—you’ll be out in the field, making a difference every day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct on-site risk assessments and provide real-time guidance to site supervisors.
  • Enforce and enhance company safety policies to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Coordinate and lead engaging safety training sessions that keep employees informed and motivated.
  • Identify areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and industry best practices.
  • Assist in investigations of workplace incidents, documenting findings and preventing future occurrences.
  • Work closely with employees at all levels to foster a culture where safety comes first.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Occupational Safety & Health preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Ability to travel out of town for extended durations, depending on project needs.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • A safety advocate with knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices.
  • A strong communicator who can lead, train, and engage employees at all levels.
  • A problem solver with a people-first approach, ensuring compliance without compromising teamwork.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and can perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
