In this role, the CT Technologist will perform computerized tomographic procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist. The ideal candidate will be certified in CT and possess a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork. Responsibilities :
- Perform a variety of CT procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures, demonstrating empathy and concern for patients and coworkers.
- Operate and maintain state-of-the-art CT equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Document patient information and procedure details in accordance with medical protocols and policies.
- Provide assistance with starting IVs and other necessary tasks for CT procedures.
- Work with Philips CT technology, Epic EMR, and Visage PACS system to manage patient data and imaging results.
- Participate in weekend shifts and be available for on-call duties as required.
