What We’re Looking For:
- Early Childhood Education Experience: Previous experience working with children aged 0-5 is preferred, ideally with an ECE degree or CDA certification.
- Passion for Education: You are enthusiastic about fostering the development of young children, creating engaging and fun activities, and making a positive impact.
- Collaborative Team Player: You work well with others, contributing to a supportive environment for both children and staff.
- Caring & Positive Attitude: You are patient, compassionate, and dedicated to helping every child thrive.
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and assess age-appropriate activities to support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Document children’s progress and communicate regularly with families about their development.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations in early childhood education.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive, productive environment.
