Position Overview:
TCS is hiring a GenAI/ML Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade AI/ML systems. This role is ideal for AI leaders who can align technical innovation with business value, particularly within the Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable, secure, and efficient AI/ML solutions end-to-end
- Guide ML engineers and data scientists on model development, deployment, and operations
- Establish and promote MLOps best practices, including model retraining and monitoring
- Develop reusable AI frameworks and components to accelerate enterprise adoption
- Align AI architectures with business needs and strategic goals
- Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure for high-performance model training
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools and technologies
- Ensure compliance with AI governance, ethics, and data privacy regulations
- Design systems using microservices architecture for scalability and resilience
- Deploy and manage AI applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP
Core Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Strong programming skills: Python, Java, or C
- Hands-on experience with MLOps tools: Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with distributed systems (Spark, Hadoop)
- Deep knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, deep learning, reinforcement learning
- Familiarity with Edge AI, IoT, and real-time inference systems
- Understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible AI design
- Ability to lead agile development teams and mentor technical staff
