Position Overview:
TCS is looking for a Kinaxis RapidResponse Specialist to support implementation and operational management of end-to-end supply chain planning processes using the RapidResponse platform at a high-tech manufacturing client site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute RapidResponse authoring, analytics, and scripting tasks
- Review and refine technical changes within the platform
- Write test cases, conduct unit testing, and support UAT and Hypercare phases
- Work within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver high-quality solutions
- Support knowledge sharing, training, and mentoring within the team
- Coordinate with support teams to resolve user issues and ensure seamless integration
- Upskill on latest authoring and analytics features in RapidResponse
Core Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Kinaxis RapidResponse including workbooks, automation tasks, dashboards, and Attribute-Based Planning
- Experience in Supply Chain Planning: demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning
- Familiarity with CTP, FLP, and other RapidResponse analytics methods
- Knowledge of Cloud/SaaS applications and system integration (imports/exports)
- Programming experience in PL/SQL and Java
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Background in high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing preferred
- Skilled in SDLC and proficient in Microsoft Office tools
