Role Overview: This role serves as a hybrid Technical Writer and Business Analyst responsible for identifying, documenting, and translating business requirements into actionable system specifications. The position bridges business users and the technical team to ensure successful implementation of process and system improvements.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical writing capabilities, especially for user and end-user manuals
