Job Title: Janitor

As a Janitor, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants. Hours are 2-4 hours daily in the morning before opening. If you want to come at 6am or 9am as long as the job is done, the choice is yours! Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the facility
- Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping
- Assist with residential painting projects as needed
Experience:
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment
