Requirements :
- Knowledge of labor management, training, hiring, and health standards.
- Proficient in speaking, writing, and comprehending English in a business setting.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and engaging.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure the restaurant operates at the highest standards.
- Educate, communicate, and reinforce quality standards to all team members and management.
- Prepare food that meets MOOYAH Brand Standards.
- Coach and develop management and staff through the MOOYAH Training Program, cross-training, pre-shift meetings, and required training (e.g., Food Safety).
- Develop and execute internal customer engagement programs to ensure guest loyalty, such as addressing customers by name, remembering their favorite meals, maintaining a customer log, sending thank you notes, and using comment cards.
