The Team Member is responsible for providing our guests with building authentic relationships and real experiences with each and every guest.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepping, cooking, and packaging menu items and checking for product quality and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, and ability to navigate the kitchen.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Knowledgeable about company’s products and services, and guest-related policies.
Experience:
- At least six months of restaurant experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and working with cash register or other restaurant equipment.
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times.
