Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience
- Process guest payments using our Toast POS system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the culinary or food service industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar restaurant point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
