Responsibilities :
- Handle training initiatives for technicians through needs assessment, content development, and delivery
- Perform regular inspections to assess the performance and safety of HVAC systems, recommending repairs or upgrades as necessary
- Work together with customers to identify their HVAC system requirements and recommend effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair regulations
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring an adequate supply of equipment and parts for seamless operations
