Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Department: Production

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Uses hand tools or machines to assemble parts
- Conducts quality control checks
- Cleans and maintains work area and equipment, including tools
- Prepares work to be accomplished by studying parts lists and gathering parts, tools and materials
- Prints labels for assemblies
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a lean manufacturing environment with attention to continuous flow and detail.
- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Consistently follow all procedures – Including data logging and process flowcharts.
- High Quality – Quality is #1 and everyone is accountable for his or her work.
- Must be humble, passionate about your job, and treat others with the greatest of respect
Education and Background
- High School diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing or sitting.
- Must wear required eye protection.
