Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain asphalt pavers for sports court construction
- Ensure high-quality work, meeting specifications and safety standards
- Work alongside a skilled crew to complete projects on time and to specification
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance
- Maintain safety standards on job sites and ensure a safe working environment
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience operating asphalt pavers
- Minimum of 2 years of paving operator experience
- Knowledge construction processes and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and challenging environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- OSHA 10
