Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze drawings and specifications
- Understand contractual terms and conditions
- Assemble accurate and well-organized estimates and proposals in a timely manner for stipulated price, construction/project management formatted projects.
- Complete budgeting and scheduling for projects and track same. Monitor progress, requisition change orders and identify any potential risks.
- Maintain communication with office and construction teams on project timelines and back office operations.
- Insure construction crews are provided with proper documentation related to projects.
- Work with and deal with concerns of field personnel.
- Provide and maintain unit pricing and database, for material and labor costings.
- Formulate cost break down from estimates and for project progress.
- Meet with potential clients to discuss options for proposed services.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in site work & fencing industry with crossover into the sports industry sector. Sports industry requirement not needed (training provided)
- Ability to use software such as BuilderTrend, CAD, and other miscellaneous basic software.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years experience working in the construction field in similar or related position.
- Bilingual

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
