Title: Program Manager

Knowledge and Experience
The Program Manager resume(s) shall include the following knowledge and experience:
- Conceptual knowledge of U.S. Navy Combat Systems
- Knowledge of Navy correspondence and records management procedures, and Navy squadron organizational structure and their relationships to Type Wing Commanders and Type Commanders
- Strong communication and briefing skills
- Experience with cost, schedule and performance as it relates to program execution and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) familiarity
- Proficiency in program and personnel management
- Knowledge and experience in financial management, risk management policies and assessment.
- Prior experience working in a program office or PEO at a Navy Systems Command
- Program Management experience running a large support services contract with multiple subcontractors
Requirements
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Current Secret Security Clearance
Education :
- Master's Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, M.B.A or other technical Degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA III in Program Management
- Certified SCRUM Master or Project Management Institute (PMI) Agile Certified Practitioner
Experience – Minimum twelve (12) years’ relevant experience supporting professional and administrative support services programs
Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 annual
