Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events to ensure optimal time management.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations using Google Suite applications.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure that all documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.
- Support other administrative staff as needed to enhance overall office productivity.
- Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Secretary or in other administrative roles; experience as a medical receptionist or clerk is a plus.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and other computer software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Exceptional typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
