Your Role as Lead Dental Assistant / Clinical Administrator:
As our Lead Assistant, you will be a key player in leading and supporting our clinical team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional patient care. You’ll work closely with the doctors and management to train and mentor team members, manage clinical inventory and supplies, and implement systems that improve efficiency and organization.
You’ll still enjoy chairside assisting, but you’ll also take on leadership and administrative duties, including:
✅ Overseeing daily clinical team operations
✅ Leading morning huddles and team meetings
✅ Training and onboarding new assistants
✅ Coordinating schedules and clinical coverage
✅ Monitoring and managing inventory and ordering supplies
✅ Maintaining sterilization and OSHA compliance
✅ Supporting management with clinical systems and protocols
✅ Being the go-to problem solver and encourager for the clinical team
