Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Caregiver to join our team at Morada Cedar Hill. As a Senior Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for residents
- Providing physical and emotional support to residents as needed
- Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Engaging residents in life skills and enrichment activities
- Keeping accurate records of resident care and reporting any changes to the clinical team
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and have previous experience working with seniors. You should also possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving skills.
